Privacy
The studio collects what it needs to send you a painting, and nothing else.
What is collected
When you buy: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address. When you join the collectors list: your email. When you send an enquiry or commission request: what you type into the form, and any file you attach.
Saved works and your cart live in your own browser. They are never sent to the studio.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored by the studio.
Who else sees it
Stripe, for payment. The shipping carrier, for delivery. Supabase, which hosts the studio database. Nobody else. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Enquiries are kept for two years. Collectors list entries are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click in any email.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may ask for a copy of what the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email studio@papiestro.com and it will be done within thirty days.
