Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Papiestro, Limassol, Cyprus. Enquiries and notices go to studio@papiestro.com.
What you own
Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical object. It does not transfer copyright.
You may photograph the work in your home, share it, and lend or resell it. You may not reproduce it commercially, print it, or use it as brand or product imagery without written permission.
Authenticity
Every original and every limited edition ships with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, recording title, year, medium, dimensions and, where relevant, edition number.
Limited editions are closed at the stated number. The studio will not reprint a closed edition in the same size and material.
Prices and availability
Prices are in euro and include Cyprus VAT where applicable. The studio may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when your order is placed.
Originals are unique. If two people reach checkout at the same moment, the completed payment takes the work and the other is refunded immediately.
Colour on screen
Photographs are colour-matched under gallery lighting, but no two screens agree. If precise colour matters to your room, ask the studio for additional photographs before buying.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
