Returns

Under EU distance selling rules you may return an original painting or an edition within fourteen days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price.

Tell the studio in writing within those fourteen days, then send the work back within a further fourteen days.

The work must come back in the condition it arrived, in its original crate or tube. Keep the packaging until you are certain you are keeping the piece.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer and must be insured for the full purchase value. The studio will tell you exactly how to repack it.

This is not a return, it is an insurance matter, and the studio handles it. Photograph the packaging before unpacking further, email the studio the same day, and keep everything.

A damaged original cannot be replaced, so you will be refunded in full including shipping.

Commissioned works are made to your brief and are not covered by the fourteen-day right of return. The commission process includes progress photographs for exactly this reason.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the work arriving back at the studio and being checked.
